yes, but first of all nobody has the exact same face as you to begin with and secondly it would only happen if said person is standing right next to you in front of a girl which is unlikely.

Not proper lifts, no. Just use "natural" height frauding, like sneakers or boots. That way you won't risk the shame of someone noticing/finding out.
I'm slightly taller than you and i probably "grow" almost 2 inches when wearing my NBs.

Even if you're actually short, the whole idea of lifts is completely ridiculous tbh
