Would 5 mg/day of isotretinoin be good to maintain the results from accutane?

My skin cleared up after 4 months of 30 mg/day. I am now thinking of lowering the dosage to 5 mg/day to maintain the results as I have side effects.

Will this be good or will my skin gradually get worse?

yes im doing this rn and itrs fine but ur lips will still be cooked
