rosemary oil is trash, trust me I've used it myself. I'd consider oral minoxidil. If you're gonna do any microneedling of your eyebrows, use a derma stamp instead with a combination of castor oil, it's much better and less damaging.

No It wouldn’t some people can pull them off but maybe once you thicken your eyebrows why not try it I’ve done it before it only takes around 6 weeks to grow back
