The high death rate is a meme. It's only for Lefort 2 FRACTURES which is not close to the same as a Lefort 2 OSTETOMY. This has been discussed like one hundred times before, and @RealSurgerymax clarified it.

Finding a surgeon willing to do a lefort 2 is practically impossible unless you are syndromatic. Its aslo a question if implants might be superior to a lefort 2 because you can manage the different areas independently, but im not sure. Thats why I created the thread

i don’t think implants will ever beat actually modifying the bone but yea it’ll likely be similar but might look uncanny if you don’t bring the bottom half of your face forward

Yes you can, AFAIK you can get it at the same time or after.
The Giant Implants case on IG had a nasion extension designed on the supras, and he'll have a rhinoplasty later.
