my philtrum is like 1:1.2 w my chin rn im fixing an underbite which should make it look shorter (im moving my maxilla forward roughly 5mm) but idk what else I need for it the palette expander and reverse headgear should help HOPEFULLY with mid face being flat and backwards looking (pls someone tell me if im js coping w this) any other advice I have relatively wealthy parents that will pay for most procedures for me so any surgery that'd help please reccomend (not jaw rn cus im tryna see what happens w my headgear n that)
