Would a rhink be suitable for me or should I get something else?

My nose has been looking smaller than usual so I have been thinking if I should still try to get a rhino. I think its from the cutting I have been doing. It still pretty protruding but I wanted more opinions.

u don't have any major failos, pretty well-rounded. realistically optimal, but not in the context of surgical ROI

People clown my philtrum all the time so thats what I am gonna get first and maybe a rhino after

Rhino will def help and in a way make it look like you have a better maxilla, def go for it. Also thicken those thin brows with minox, also you have a narrowish face which is another flaw and not much chin projection
