would a septum perforation cause rhinoplasty problems?

Rhino is one of the things I need and I just found out I have a septum perforation.... a very, very, VERY large one at that. Entire bottom part of septum has been 404'd


Would this be an issue when performing a rhino? Or does it entirely depend on outer cartilage?

my webcam is too low quality to see up into my nose, but basically there is a massive hole in the wall that separates my nostrils. Most likely from years of picking boogers till by nose bled.

Its large enough to stick objects through it, most of the bottom of my septum has been hollowed out.

If u have trouble breathing u can cover it up by health insurance

it does, i would jam my finger up so hard and pick it until it was bleeding profusely since the age of birth-14

You can do it with rhino and cover that by insurance as far as i know
