Would anyone be able to recommend a good thread which explains eyelid pulling or explain it to me?

I was wondering how long to eyelid pull, how many sets/reps, and how often during the day.

Also is eyelid pulling something you must do forever or once you achieve the desired results can you stop eyelid pulling and have semi-permanent results?
