Changing cranial base would affect so many things like midface, ramus, gonial angle, orbitals, zygos even forehead.

Also it would affect better Brain placement.

No, surgery and only that changes cranial base.

Surgery can't change cranial base because you work only on splanchnocranium, only maxilla protraction would affect

Maxillary protraction in adults only affects Alveolar process (Lefort 1 area) and mandible (BSSO area)

maxillary protraction is the scientific word for facepulling.

maxillary protraction performed by dentists involves a "reverse pull headgear" which advances the maxilla and racedes the mandible at the same time

maxillary protraction performed by looksmaxxers involves a "facepuller" which advances both maxill and mandible

But you can, the only thing that can't be changed is the neurocranium.

Why it wouldn't affect upper maxilla if for example you split suture with MSE or something. Also bone anchored pulling affect actually whole maxilla not only alveoral ringe. Notice that any facepuller used by users here will tooth anchored unless you don't drill screws to your maxilla.

With mse results would be able to mimic a lf3 as the whole midface is expanding while being pulled

Results would be greater than with Lefort 3 cause you can move with MSE and FM midface upward and forward and with L3 only forward.

MSE is only expansion
Nothing goes up or forward greycel

Belt boyo

Teeth anchor can't do this even with a bow

By adults, do you mean over 25, or younger ?

No, Lefort2 would change almost the entire midface and certainly the entire maxilla

adults = over 14 years old
I'm pretty sure under eye's are also affected if you were consistent with facepulling and manage to do it for a while, r.. right :feelsmega:?
