ive been going to the gym for the last 2 month i started at 130lbs at 5'9 i grew a lil im 5'10 and 146 lbs ive been eating more but im not fat what should i do i usualy eat around 2,900 calories a day or somtimes a lil more i wanna have a lil bit of a physique by summer and at this pace i may have to bulk or take an anabolic im 15 years old so idk
