If you are young find a good ortho maybe they can help. What 100% works is Bimax or just lefort . For your own you can try this face rowing methode but i dont think it really works that good to fix it and give rep

Looks good, but yes some ccw would benefit you, how is your bite? The worst part in your case is that you seem to have some lip incompetence because of it which would be fixed with bimax. Your ramus is kinda short but you seem to have some width. Dont listen to cope shit, you need bimax to fix your problem and everything else about pulling guides is waste of time. i think I fixed my bite jutting. But my lower jaw is slightly deviated to right. i had braces so it kinda fixed it. Also i was thinking i have to wear retainers so even if i did the pulling stuff wouldnt it just cancel out??

I mean, the pulling stuff doesnt work. But yea you should consult with a maxifacial surgeon. You just need a ct scan then they will tell you what you should do. And fixing bite by jutting is not good

ur cooked the chances of u getting surgery paid by insurance are very low since they wont give a shit

the best u can to increase the odds of health care paying is by doing sleep study and consulting with a maxillofacial surgeon and get all your symptoms like airway blockage, sleep problems and whatever u have documented

do NOT get braces without surgery since orthodontists are full of bullshit and might try to sell u some shitty camouflage treatment which will fuck u up even more

With bimax ofc, bimax only fixes bite, thats the function. Then ofc you move the bite further and places it more forward. Its probably not a ct scan but maybe, book a consult with some maxifacial surgeon
