I fell like your Mandible over all is cooked, i didnt see a lot but what i saw made me think that. So Fixing your whole mandible would prob be mroe important

i wouldnt do chin filler before your other surgery even if it doesnt change anything. maybe it does. this is your face this is no joke. apart from that do all the normal soft maxxes. and yes maybechinfiller can make your chin less pointy like Amnesias

Yeah ofc, if i get filler it will be after my surgery, the only filler i will get is chin if needed and a jaw filler to widen gonions
