Would dying my hair an even darker black help at all?

Im already planning on tinting my eyelashes for strikingness and visibility but idk if i should do brows and hair too

My hair is already black but in some lighting seems a bit gray too and eyebrows could be darker in the inner parts since theyre not as dense there

Is dying hair, brows, and lashes in blueblack the move or should i only do brows and lashes?

a very dark brown will always look more natural and itll fade less, based on my experience i recommend that over true black
