I have pretty boy features, it made me look more maesthetic, especially after leaning. I also see what you are saying, it is important to go for the right physique which is lean and muscular (see tyler durden from fight club). Polls with thousands of women have indicated that to be the most attractive body type and not overly big muscles. So it has female gaze appeal.
