ask a surgeon
usually at least some rotation is best in most cases but having chubby cheeks like this obscures your real occlusal plane so nobody can tell from this pic

yeah idk why I have so much face fat because im at a low bf rn. I thought my face fat was caused by recession but ig not. What type of scan can show the real occlusal plane?

No it probably is because of recession
Ideally you get a LF2 or 3
You wouldn't want to get buccal fat removal. In boneless faces this procedure causes fat from other areas to slide into the buccal fat area and it is not a good look.
I had a similar profile to you pre op both bone and soft tissue wise. Fixing recession in the bimax area alone won't solve the face fat issue if it bothers you.
You just get a 3d full skull CT scan and use it to consult with surgeons if this interests you

Also no surgeon is giving lf2 to a non deformed person, or at least that I know of.

They are.

Contact giant if you want it

There has been good results with this lately

But its up to you.

Because you can get basically the same thing with lf1 + projection rhinoplasty + full face midface implants + bone grafts to the nasion

yes, i got that as well, a few mm on one side just to address asymmetry

similar, not same, you would not have guessed i had decent gonial and jaw volume from my pre op, but i did, which accounts for my good jaw surgery result more than any one decision made by the surgeon

sometimes all it takes is some soft tissue pulling from a good advancement to reveal a good jaw

we cant tell from this guy because its just a pic, no CT scan

but it is rare your jaw is recessed and good size

most people who are recessed have a bad size jaw and bad gonial angle, but sometimes it is not the case, in this regard i am lucky

So what do you recommend to become at least mtn (based on frontal and side profile)

What were your criticisms of the infra-zygos? They're a pretty high priority for me so I'd love to hear your feedback to hopefully learn something for mine in the future (I'm still expecting revisions will be required, though).

Also what do you think about high cut lf1 vs lf2? Would high cut lf1 advance the upper maxilla enough to emulate results of a lf2? And do you have any lf2 results from giant? Haven’t seen them anywhere.
