that's a little overkill depends on him and how hard he wants to ascend but I feel like just some filler would suffice especially since the recovery time is nothing compared to a whole genio

depends what bad is considered as but it depends on how much forward growth you want in your chin you could maybe squeeze 1-3mm if you do a 1ml or 2ml of filler but the issue is more the height of your chin so genioplasty would be better roi
