Would I look a lot better with bigger neck?

I have a think neck and kinda wide face would it be worth hardcore training neck? Should I buy a neck harness l?

I cant grow my neck , I started training it 2x a week with low weight , now im training it every day with 45lb plate and barley any major change . Ive been doing this for a month now
