My left ramus is smaller in length due to not chewing as much, and I'm thinking to get a custom chin wing implant to fix it (will also fix my slight recessed narrow chin).
Would I get asymmetries down the line since I am mewing and that changes the maxilla rotation and chewing (temporalis) which both effect ramus length? Or would it not effect it as much since I am 20
