I am 15 and was wondering if it would be bad for me to take melatonin (1mg) per night (probably gonna take it with magnesium glycinate) to improve my sleep. Sleep isn't cope because it is important for growth and most kids don't get enough of it. Would taking melatonin be bad because I might get dependant on it? Cause better/deeper sleep = more growth, right?
