Would microdosing accutane be worth it to get rid of these bumps on my skin?

I have these bumps on my skin that I can’t get rid of I think it’s called like closed comedons or something and I was wondering if like 10 mg of accutane a day would help get rid of them. (You can’t really see the bumps really well in the photo but there’s a bunch all over my face)

It just takes longer, slowly increase dose if u get no sides, and u wont have to spend as long on it. I started at 10mg and now im at 80mg

Taking tiny doses of Accutane might help with small bumps or clogged pores without the harsh side effects, but it usually takes a while to see any real change. For bigger problems like cysts or bad acne, low doses probably won’t do much. Also, sometimes those bumps aren’t even acne, so it’s worth checking with a doc before trying to fix it yourself.

I wanted to micro dose cause I can only afford like one accutane container (50 tablets at 10mg each) per month so to be consistent I can’t really get high doses (unless I use it on and off but idk if that’s good)

If you can only afford one bottle of Accutane a month, stretching it out by microdosing to stay consistent isn’t a bad idea, but just know it’ll probably take longer to see results since higher doses work faster. Using it on and off isn’t great because Accutane needs steady use to really reset your skin and keep acne from coming back. It’s better to stick with a low dose regularly than to stop and start. If you can, talk to a dermatologist to figure out a plan that works for you and your budget.

dude accutane is overkill for these. the standard treatment for them is epiduo (benzoyl peroxide + adapalene). just apply that over the whole area where you get them and see if it helps

You sure that would work ? Cause these bumps are like deep in the skin nothing works except extracting them by hand
