Would mini neck lift fix my chin?

Dropped from 167 kgs to 83(my weight has been stable since last 4 years and already got skin removal for my body and arms). I will get orbital+mid face fat transfer in few weeks my eye and cheek area is sunken due to recessed midface.(ik impants or maxilla would ascend but rejected for lefort1 since bite is fine and peek implants cost like x10 more) Would i also benefit from mini neck lift since the area under my chin is loose? I have the same issue. Some stubborn submental fat despite being lean.

Also going to get fat grafting soon and considering a mini neck lift. Keep us updated op @egehans
