Would palate expander improve forward growth and CCW rotation?

Also would forward growth make my philtrum more "forward" rather than completely flat, im not saying a curl, I mean slightly pushing outwards

No it would just expand it horizontally, if you need ccw and forward growth get Trimax and lefort or something
