Would reduction of the Zygomatic Bone and Arch at the widest point of my wide face / eyes improve my awful ES ratio or is it over?

Just realised how shitty my genetics are. They were already bad but didn’t know they were sub 3 bad.

ES ratio is 6.5 IPD / 15.5 Bizygomatic distance = 0.419. One side of my face is also wider than the other but both are wide because I have a round face.

Essentially have the Charlie Kirk wide face look (somewhat similar), have named being “kirked”.

Is it possible to shave down the areas in red being the zygomatic bone and arch in order to look like the other pictures where it’s slim and masculine. There is zero appeal in having a face this this wide.

I would assume it’s not possible so imma just fraud my entire life with curtain hair bangs

I would say OBO but his orbito temporal plane is fucked due to the growth pattern, probably wouldn't be enough he would need to shave down the sides of his head

It's over if you got the Kirk phenotype - never have seen or will see someone ascend from it

o7. I exaggerate how bad it is but Kirk is the only person I could find that has it similar. My IPD is normal and I could be measuring wrong.

OBO just seems extreme despite it being a realistic way to fix it and I doubt any surgeon would realistically do it on me.

That’s why I ask if shaving the zygomatic arch would be realistic and fix it? My ears do sit far out due to skull structure so it would look fucked ig. Also one of my TMJ bones is larger as well
