Would removing my back teeth make my jaw look better? How about adding more teeth?

Teeth affect how the jaw sits. Would it be better to take out my wisdom teeth, and maybe more teeth? Or have wisdom teeth put in?
 
Now if you could have wisdom teeth put in you theoretical move the mandible and maxilla foward.

I disagree. I've seen many people with wisdom teeth and recessed faces.

There are people with no wisdom teeth who forwardly grown faces.

In most cases the answers are yes. It seems to be a grey area. Some people say the removal of the wisdom teeth had no affect, meanwhile others say differently.
 
when you remove the wisdom teeth some bone around it will decay and go away, it will probably just narrow the face, and have no affect on forward growth
