Would selling rep colognes to cologne stores be profitable?

So, I’ve had this idea for awhile but just never put it into action.

You buy colognes from taobao (Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Bleu De Chanel) for like really cheap since it’s taobao, then when you get them you go to one of those Indian-ran cologne stores in the mall (normally it’s run down and looks really cheap) and you sell them it for more than what you got it for.

Making receipts would make it easier but any ideas on making money this way?

Depend which country youre in try and keep the transactions untraceable as sooner or later the gov will hunt
