Yes and No. Your genetics will be the foundation, but I will say that they're not really a scam like many you tubers are now saying. Like the name, it's a supplement. You have to combine it with several effective ones to see noticeable results.

For example, for improved insulin sensitivity, which is basically a process that measures how effectively your body can convert its nutrients it receives to muscle vs fat, their are supplements that improve it.

It would be a combination of hormonal optimization ( boosting test levels, reducing cortisol levels ) as well as taking some fat burners to help reduce fat accumulation during a bulking phase. The amount of supplementation will need to be a lot more for those with not as good genetics then someone with good muscle building genetics, as their body was more efficient to begin with. But with the right supplements and dosage, it can yield results, but not really anywhere close to what steroids would do.

People expect similar results and then when they don't see it start raging about how supplements are a scam.

For me personally I saw some results, but not really the full results. I have not however tried all the ones that I would find I need. I only tried a few and they did improve my body composition. Once I go full all encompassing mode ( taking test boosters+ fat burners+cortisol reducers, and other supplements that boost my insulin sensitivity ), then I can say how much it helped. I am taking probably 1/4th of what I would ideally be taking.

The standard western diet supplies you with pretty much everything you need in adequate amounts except vitamin d3, vitamin C, and Omega 3s. Those are the only things I supplement and then I take a multivitamin in addition to this.

what else would u take, and particularly for better insulin sensitivity?
the supps in this vid seem legit and I thought every guy took these anyway.

I take quite a bit:
zma
vit d +k
cla
carnitine
omega 3
creatine

never really thought much on test boosters always thought they were a scam

Which ones are you taking right now?
Cayenne Pepper extract, green tea extract= Fat burning
Chromium= insulin sensitivity
Magnesium+Zinc= Test optimization, cortisol reduction, mental maxxing.
Maca Powder= Energy Booster, libido booster. Mixed studies on test. Some say it boosts test, some say it doesnt .
Protein Powder ( not regularly, but plan to do everyday )
B Vitamin Complex= Energy booster
Caffeine( I drink the equivalent of 100-150 mg of coffee a day, and with an energy drink 300mg ). It shouldn't be more then 100-150, but I like the feel of energy drinks.
Collagen- Important for youth maxxing. Improves skin and hair quality, and bonus of muscle recovery.

Not really a supplement, but I get massages via hydro massage chair and normal massage chair 2-3x a week. It reduces stress and has helped me with muscle recovery.

Ideally I would add

Blue berry extract- Improves insulin sensitivity+ Fat burning properties
Cinnamon Complex- Improves insulin sensitivity+ fat burning properties
Omega 3 /Krill Oil- Improves insulin sensitivity
Get a general test booster thing which would have Tongkat Ali+ forskolin extract ( also has fat burning properties )
Ashwaganda ( reduces cortisol even more). I noticed quite quickly even more reduced stress levels and larger muscle gains. Note one has to be careful has some users said they had hair loss on it ( but for some it can reduce if its stress induced hair loss, and it makes you less stress).
Resveratrol= Good for improving insulin sensitivty.Used to take it but stopped as couldn't find it. Plan to order it alone.

The supplement protocol will be somewhat expensive and is a huge amount. But I believe this will get be the supplement optimization needed for me to help reduce my skinny fat issue. The current protocol has already reaped noticeable results ( I am at a higher weight with my abs more visible ( lower body fat ) then previous times at the same weight ).
