I lowkey look decent when the lighting is perfect like in the video attached.

My pheno is decent but my bones are mid.

Would tanning bring about the full phenomaxxed appearance? Would it help with the undereyes?

Nope. It's mostly lack of zygos (or recessed zygos for that matter)

it'd probably make it worse tbh, tanning in the sun will dehydrate you and cause more loss of water/volume from your face.
You need volume there

Not even the color? I know it can't mask projection, but women do use skincare for the blackness around eyes.

Also would skincare shorten my philtrum and improve my NCT?
These things are all bones. You can easily tell apart which foids looks good even when they have kilos of fake-up. Their bone structure barely changes. Sure, you could fraud eye area a bit but it's minimal as well.

True, I was just joking.

I cringe so hard at retards here claiming undereyes look "mysterious" bc they saw a fucking anime character have it.

It's mysterious if you have his face obviously.

Now that I think about it, if you have very good undereye projection (as in, good bones) having a slightly black-ish coloring can bring about an additional contrast, which can even be a halo.

Bones>>>everything once again tho

Nah orbital
You need good zygos to make the eye appear deep-set (anterior projection).

Otherwise if you have well projected orbitals and shitty zygos it will look weird
