Would these effects be achievable with bimax and rhinoplasty?

Saw this morph of Taylor Swift and wondered if such results would be possible to achieve if this was the actual real life case. I know this shit is fake af ( :lul: ) and she didn’t look like that but that doesn’t change the point of my question

Bimax is double jaw surgery, hence the prefix bi, meaning two.
It is upper jaw (maxillary) osteotomy and lower jaw (mandibular) osteotomy.
Bimax affects the maxilla and mandible, upper and lower jaw.
Keep in mind maxillary osteotomy changes nose too.
Rhinoplasty is just a nose job, and if we go to the first picture, alter the nose, maxilla, and mandible, we would get the second picture.

So yes, this is possible.

If so, most likely by moving both jaws forward?
