would this eye area look better with orbital decompression?

great orbital implants result, ofc his eyes look less bulgy than before becaucse there is actual mass under his eyelids now,

the darkness around the orbital bone is gone but you can see that his lower eyelid is still a bit bulgy

would he benefit from orbital decompression?
is the surgery as dangerous as it seems?

it would be less noticeable in motion or from farther away. Dont entirely think it'd be worth it for him specifically.

If you go to an experienced surgeon like Taban, there is not much to worry about.

if you got an eye area similar to him, besides the implants which is the most obvious, would it make sense to do soft tissue surgeries like lower eyelid retraction or almond eye surgery? not that he specifically needs it im just asking in general, wouldnt the result be unpredictable if u got bulging eyes?

cuz literally if u touch at his lower eyelid, youre touching his eyeball, in guys like o pry it seems like thats not the case
could he get an eye area similar to o pry with decompression? he already got good shaping

also can you have orb decompression after orbital implants or do u must do it beforehand, is there any limitation do u know?

I'm not entirely sure if the implant would have to be removed going into orbital decompression, you may want to ask a surgeon.
As for the result if you get it, again if its an experienced surgeon, the result should be fairly predictable, especially since its just a slight bulge being fixed and not like some Graves disease looking eyes.
