6kg 40 days

6 x 7700 =46,200 total calorie deficit

46,200 / 40 =1,155 calorie deficit per day

with little to no exercise (BMR) i burn 2000 calories

2000-1155=845 calorie intake per day

i raise this number to 1000 calories per day, cut carbs completely, just protein and fat to maintain muscle and maintain hormones. include 10-15k steps per day.


EDIT: i use semaglutide to suppress apatite. 1k cals is easy per day.

yeh u wont do 1,100 calories perday u will end with binge at the end of the day

Or you run 10km every two day and can increase your intake to 1350. But most importantly fat only has 3500cals per kg

and it’s 3500 per pound not kg
1kg is 7700 cals
