Would topical finasteride do anything

I heard therei s a huge differene between topical dutasteride and topical fin.

Is there that much of a difference between either/


It's like the mewing of hair they say "
doesn't decrease serum DHT(which is the main cause of hairfall) but somehow still goes systemic to cause sides"
