Your eyes are the least of your worries. I'd look first into getting a beard trim and then maybe some hazel eye contacts.

lip fillers
vermillion advancement
mouth enlargement appliance
low set positive tilted eyebrows ( dont know how to fix it, but its important)
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT...
you must stop hiding your tiny lower third with beard bro, get a chunk big chin wing wraparound implant, doc eppley does it for around 20k and would be the most helpful for you.
fix mouth, lower third and eyebrows and you become my morph
