Not even a chance an untrained fighter (unless height and weight are SO different like The Mountain vs McGregor) can take on any of the best UFC fighters. Jon Jones is a heavyweight. Only way Bradley can stand a chance against an elite UFC fighter would be against someone who fights at like 155 or lower and even then the odds aren't in his favor.

I'm assuming Bradleys game plan will be to essentially lay on them and punch them. Problem with this tactic is that multiple UFC fighters have world class BJJ backgrounds. They will be able to take control of one of his limbs, scramble and then put him in some kind of submission where they will either break his arm or even take his back.
