Didn’t see somebody actively do that. My case just to maximize European features and get rid of this ‘fox eye’. Did upper bleph a week ago, it revealed my canthal tilt fully. So I thought about canthopext cuz I have 2.7x eye aspect ratio, I literally need 1mm or smth for 3x of lower lid lift. Overall lmk what you think, or it’s stupid ass idea. My canthal roughly 10.5 averagely of both eyes. Like not bad I guess but still…
