I took a single dose of only 0,25mg wednesday night and felt fine until thursday night, been having ball ache, slow pissing stream, and burning in my urethra since then which lowkey scares the shit outta me I feel like im frying my whole urinary system. Yeah I feel ya. Had issues on Finasteride although not anything with my urinary system. Have you spoken with a urologist? Finasteride was originally a prostate medication.

I took Zinc for that and it fixed it.

In your case I wouldn't risk it and would try to do topical finasteride TBH. It's just your hairline right? Do most people in your famiily have hairline patterns? (I know this can change but it is a good way to gauge his).

Its the corners of my hairline and also some thinning on the sides of my head.

My dad has norwood 3 since his 20s which stabilized until 40, moms dad has norwood 4.5 maybe at 70 (with thinning on the sides), but my dads brothers all have atrocious hairlines. So I dont really expect to go fully bald, but even my hairline right now compared to 2 years ago descends me hard as a cutecel when I pull it back

Also I thought topical goes systemic but it might be worth a try, I heard you can crush tablets into minoxidil to dissolve it
