I think it’s a very interesting topic.
I don’t blame the Ukrainian draft dodgers at all. As I’ve said up and down this thread I would do the same. The only reason people take part in society is self-interest. Without societies we’d be in the “state of nature” that Hobbes described. The moment society is pressuring you there is no longer a reason to take part in it.

Taking part in war is the biggest net-negative decision you can make for yourself.

I view myself as danish. I was born and raised here. People don’t pick and choose where they are from. The first place I drew my breath was here, I was raised here, I speak the language here etc.
