I worked as an extra on about a dozen of movies, TV shows, commercials, etc... Let me tell you, it's pretty tiring and exhausting work, you're on the set from morning till evening, and you have to walk, run, talk and do all sorts of things over and over again, sometimes without a break for hours, or not even a chair to sit on it to rest during breaks, you need high endurance for this. It can be very cold but you are dressed lightly and have to endure the cold, or the other way around - very hot and you're heavily dressed and simply bake in the sun, sweating under your clothes thinking "what am I doing with my life?"...
