Never.

Unless it's 100% proven safe with zero complications, I'm not touching it.

Color is only the last 10%, you can a 90% good eye area with shape, supras, lashes etc.

The only safe surgery is the Eyecos/Yeux Clair laser surgery that removes the pigment from your eyes and turns it from brown to grey/blue.

All the other stuff is bullshit or highly dangerous and looks fake as fuck.
