Because you need your mouth brought forward to look good if you are recessed. a forward set chin with a set-back mouth is not even half as attractive as forward set mouth and maxilla.

Eppley has more experience, so he's probably better. Yaremchuk is also a great option, because he has studied the skulls shape in extreme detail as he also works on reconstructing damaged skulls back to looking natural, from starting off deformed.

Yes thats the best plan, see my posts above in this thread. Bimax + ramus implants after, then your lower third is finished. If you dont want implants or cant afford it, filler works too.

I have the financial capability of getting bimax although I would still need to save up for rumus implants and chin implants, it would be worth it if my maxilla is recessed. Question is: isn’t bimax a brutal surgery? Do you have any links of vids showing the procedure? I haven’t seen any.

It is brutal, but your asleep anyway so it doesn't feel any different to a chin implant while being operated, the recovery is just longer and tougher (but well worth it). The patient satisfaction rate is also very high. I just talked to LordMadness who had bimax like 1 year ago, this is what he said:

"Life goes on, I spent 4 months in quarantine after the bimax so I didn't have the chance to interact with foids, then for the rest went well, i still have a long midface that ruin my look, but anyway i live a lot better than before, i will re-do this surgery 1836392 times tbh"

Im getting it done before Christmas in Italy. I am recessed to the point that I have mild sleep apnea and a slight lisp, although aesthetics are still the main reason that I'll be getting it done.

Its not for pussy, its for life quality in general. I'm quite social so it would be nice to not have failo effect all the time when talking to people. If it was for pussy I could spend less money (15k euro) and get much more pussy than what this jaw surgery will give me.
