would you guys recommend palate expanders, and wisdom teeth removal at 17?

my orh could give me a palate expander to fix my minor crossbite but it would honestly be overkill . an custom invisalign retainer could fix it. would there be facial benfits to still do it to help my wisdom teeth removal?

yeah ig, there not that bad at all tbh i dont feel any pain with them, im prob just gonna ask my dentist
