It's very lenient the term white but would you count Georgians as white ? I'm pretty sure they fall inside of europe or at the very least are the border.

Their hair usually varies from black to brown and they mostly have brown eyes (rarely green). georgians also have similar to typical eastern european phenotype, so yeah they’re most likely white

Nearly all Georgians I've met had bright coloured eyes weather that be blue or green, I've only met one with brown
