Would you need to get a side wing before/after Bimax?

Yeah chinwing, but sidewing cuts all the way to the gonions and I want more ramus and mandible height not just chin.

You can get a special BSSO cut the lengthens (bit doesnt widen) the ramus if that’s what you need. Here is an example of this modified BSSO I designed for a patient
