Would you rather have trimax paid for or be given 35k?

Currently have 4k saved up, early 20s. And deciding between getting my trimax paid for or be given the cost of the surgery in cash ($36,500). Which should i do?

I have the decision made already they would pay the surgeon I want. What I’m asking is do i take the money for myself and try to make more money or go for the surgery now? Everyone says to save up money at my age and stuff but idk.

Get the trimax now if you’re ready for it. I wouldn’t want to be gambling (investing) with surgery money. Surgeon prices can tend to go up as well.

I’m more so asking, like at my age 22 about to be 23, everyone tells me you should be saving up and stuff so was thinking to maybe save it use it to make more money or just go with the surgery and that’s it.

And I’d say I’m def ready for the surgery just want to make sure it’s a smart decision. I have zero bills too just been saving up.
