Would you rather work 10 hour shifts 4 days a week, or 8 hour shifts 5 days a week?

I just got a new job in my field and I'm being offered two types of schedules - work from sunday to wednesday, for 10 hours each day, or work sunday to thursday for 8 hours each day? I've never worked full time before this so any advice is appreciated.

For me definitely 10hours for 4 days. Who cares about 2 hours more per day if you always have 3 days weekend. But depends on the job.

OP, I'd do 8 hours 5 times a week because 10 hour shifts are fucking horrible. Been there, done it, don't wanna do it again.
