This depends on
1. how shit the incel's life is
and
2. how subhuman the supposed husband would be.
If the husband is just borderline subhuman (3/10) then I would probably go with being a woman. Because as an incel I would have a high chance of being a virgin neet who is seen as useless scum by society. As a woman I would be respected in society and would get positive reinforcement for my actions in my daily life so I guess I would have a better shot at a happy life.
