I fear that making an orthognathic worses my frontal in the nose / mouth region.
Do you guys know of any before / after of a case similar to mine?

I am not afraid of the surgery, I would do it for sure if I was sure it would not make the nose and mouth region worse, like enlarging the nose too much, or making the lip weird. I think just talking with the doctor to find out.
I mean, i know the side will improve, but since the frontal > side, i wish i could predict what would happen

similar to me = decent projection in the uppermaxila, but recessed mandible and big nose.

and I am probably a candidate for orthognathic surgery, I saw a video of a top tier surgeon explaining that if you have a recessed chin it is because the problem is in the jaws almost certainly. But I don't know, my case is strange because it seems that above is normal despite the nose(I mean alveolar projection ) and below is very discrepant despite the bite being almost perfect.
He has a strong opinion on this.
to have an idea, he posts the result of a wing osteotomy saying that his preference was to do an orthognathic lol, but as the patient does not want to go through an orthognathic postoperative.
