Slight improvement but the Dr. could have reduced it way more... the guy has light features so a thin nose is okay.

THAT is a great rhino result! As far as people around him 'noticing he got plastic surgery'... DUH! the whole fuckin point is to look better. I can see if he had gotten a Michael Jackson like result but this guy's nose doesn't look overdone.
