I have a slightly underdeveloped mandible. My chin to philtrum ratio is about 1.7 . I'm wondering which is the better option. Is it wrap around jaw implant. Or Genioplasty + jaw angle filler? What are your thoughts?

Genio+jaw angle always.
Chin to philtrum ratio is meme, your philtrum height cant be higher than 15mm

Pics? I think it really depends how bad it is.

Jaw angle implants or filler do you think?

Depends how bad your chin and jaw are. Depends how much money you want to spend.
There's no reason you can't have a genio + wraparound.
I'm currently planning to have a genio + custom jaw implants + zygo cheek implants at the same time.

If you do get a genio, then ensure the surgeon understands the importance of overall facial harmony and the mentolabial fold!

Wraparound is definitely superior in terms of the dimensional changes that can be altered across the entire lower third however its outcome is not very predictable as it seems, for example it may not end up looking angular on you.

The main issue with a wraparound based on a CT scan is that a CT scan does not factor in the soft tissue, i.e. facial muscles, facial fat, thick vs thin skin, etc.

When surgeons brag about the implant being ‘custom made’ to match your face, they are mostly talking about the INSIDE of the implant snugly fitting your mandible. After surgery, no one will be looking at the inside of your implant.

How-fucking-ever, the surgeon cannot guarantee exactly how your face will look (based on a CT scan) once the surrounding soft tissue heals, and the horrific swelling goes down. That’s why the outcomes are unpredictable and sometimes disappointing.

I’m not saying this to shit on wraparounds (I’m still open-minded to having one based on a convincing consultation) as I’ve seen some amazing results. But I’ve also seen lots of shit results.

If you go down the wraparound route, I would recommend you have a good chat about your specific facial soft tissue and how this will likely impact the final result.

that’s why jaw/chin fillers are superior. Despite whatever facial soft tissue, skin thickness, they CAN create sharpness and angularity in the lower third

I personally prefer Fillers for its flexibility
