Honestly kinda conflicted on this one I mean yeah other commenter's already said this but imo this just lacks progressive overload in all honesty, I mean yeah maybe this grow your wrist a little bit but jfl lol this is a good video explaining it, also lazy way to kinda grow your wrists is just kettlebell swings and maybe hangboarding a little bit
