Im not on anything, I've only been taking like 4000 iu d3 since like last week bro im almost crying i just realised how bad it is :trepidation:

just use shampoo once or twice a week if your hair is longer than 9 cm use conditioner 3 times a week (realy depends on hair type, scalp, porosity etc)

what the fuck happened to us teens? I'm balding, you're balding, other guy in the thread is balding. the guys on reddit are balding. tiktokers are balding. i blame jews.
i can afford to use Minoxidil and finasteride since i have naturally high t and dht but my scalp has rashes from eczema that fucks up my sanity and looks even worse.
and i don't even look good bald
